Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Resell LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (or adjusted according to local consumer protection laws where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Open-box headphones/headsets
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Sale items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Returns Shipping Costs

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you have not received your refund after this period:
    1. Check your bank or credit card account.
    2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
