Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

- Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
Returns Shipping Costs
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
