Shipping Timeline & Cost

Processing Time: Once you confirm your order, we will process it within 24 hours. Order Cutt-Off time is 5:00 PM EST, after this time your order will processed nest working day.
Transit Time: Transit time is 3-4 working days.
Total Delivery Time: 4-5 working days.

Shipping fee: We offer free shipping on all orders in all over United States.

Courier Service

We mostly use DHL, FedEx and USPS for our all packages

Shipping status

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry—we know the delivery date or range provided at checkout and will ensure your items are delivered within that timeframe.

Order changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with us immediately. Note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be swapped for other designs.

Parcels damaged in transit

If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has already been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Item not received

If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it, but the tracking status shows that it has been delivered, don’t hesitate to contact the carrier to locate your parcel. If the issue persists, please email us at contact@techresellllc.com.
